A precious metal washer is stamped on our calibrated presses in accordance with a well-defined range.
The stamped washer will be machined very precisely to ensure the greatest possible regularity. Surface treatments such as rhodium, ruthenium or PVD, among others, can be applied.
Final touches (polishing, satin finishing, perlage, enamelling, etc.) make it possible to show off the oscillating weights to superb effect through transparent glass.
Our precision stamping tools, allowing perfect reproduction of the original, are not used solely for our own production, but are also made available to third parties for various processes, such as dial creation, mould manufacture, metallisation, etc.
