New Direcorate at Cendres+Métaux
With this information the board of Cendres+Métaux Holding SA would like to commemorate Peter Häsler and thank everybody for the solicitousness during the hard last days.
In order to guarantee continuity of our company, the board has settled its succession. Mr. Freddy Lei will be charged with the responsibility and the lead of the Cendres+Métaux Group. Mr. Lei has been working for the company for more than twenty years, since 2004 as Associate CEO. As his associate and new member of the Directorate, the board has appointed Mr. Jean-Marc Guenat who also profoundly knows the business of the Cendres+Métaux Group. Mr. Guenat has been responsible for the aspiring Medical Division and a member of the executive board since 2006.
We wish Freddy Lei and Jean-Marc Guenat good luck and all the best in the execution of their new and demanding challenge.
