The Cendres+Métaux Group site is made up of seven connected websites. Besides the Cendres+Métaux Group website (www.cmsa.ch), five independent sites present our distinct business fields:

- Dental: /en/dental
- Medical: /en/medica
- Jewellery: /en/jewellery
- Watches: /en/watches
- Refining: /en/refining

You can enter these addresses directly or access the individual sites by navigating. On all sites, you will find the area navigation at the top, the content section in the middle and a basic (blue) navigation bar containing help functions at the bottom.

Using the shopping basket / shop in the Dental section
In order to make it easier for you to use the shopping basket, we have drawn up a guide for using it and the shop.

Within the shopping basket function / shop you have the possibility to create a shopping list. Further details on this can be found in the guide for using the shopping list.

In addition, the shopping basket enables you to call up articles from your last three orders. For details on the exact procedure, please refer to the guide for using the basket history.

In order to access the shopping basket function, you need a customer ID and a password. If you are a Cendres+Métaux Switzerland customer, you will automatically be registered as a service. You then simply need to enter the customer ID and password assigned to you. Your password can be personalized at any time with “User properties, Update profile”.

If this doesn’t work on the first attempt, please proceed as follows:

1. Re-enter the data, in particular make sure that you have entered the right number of characters. Please note that the customer ID should have ten characters when you enter it for the first time.

2. If you obtain another error message, make a note of what you have done and print out the message or mail it to webmaster.

If you are a new customer placing an order with Cendres+Métaux for the first time, you can register yourself by clicking the Register button.
