Precious metal refining is and remains a matter of trust. Who knows exactly what one’s scraps contain and whether the processing costs are justified? We offer you an open and transparent accounting analysis. The analysis is carried out by sworn Swiss precious metal assayers (essayeurs jurés) personally liable for the results.

Due to legislation Cendres+Métaux Refining is obliged to check the identity of its clients and the legitimate origin of precious metals presented or sent by post for processing. Cendres+Métaux Refining does not accept assets originating from criminal activities or from criminal or terrorist organisations or used their financing. Therefore only precious metal scraps are accepted which originate from a business having the necessary concessions and fulfilling the respective obligations according to the Swiss Precious Metal Control Act and the Money Laundering Act. Please note, that foreign precious metal scraps will only be accepted with proof of proper import declaration into Switzerland.

In this case we would like to ask you to open business relations with Cendres+Métaux Refining before sending precious metals. For this please use the form FO 7.239 on this page, which must be duly completed and sent to us.

You are already a client of Cendres+Métaux Refining and would like to send precious metals to Cendres+Métaux Refining by post? In this case please use the attached form FO 7.241 for each consignment. The form is available in PDF format on this page and must be signed by the authorized person(s).

Each consignment will be acknowledged by an order confirmation sent by post the following day latest.

The correct filled in form(s) will simplify and accelerate the correct execution of the opening of business relations and the purchase of precious metals.
