Dienstleistungen auf mCHF 232.1, verglichen mit mCHF 224.9 im Vorjahr. Der Anstieg war haupts\u00e4chlich auf h\u00f6here Edelmetalltransaktionen zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, w\u00e4hrend die industriellen Aktivit\u00e4ten durch den Abschwung in der Uhrenindustrie beeintr\u00e4chtigt wurden.<br><br>Die Bruttomarge stieg auf mCHF 143.5, was 62 % des Nettoumsatzes entspricht, verglichen mit mCHF 119.1 bzw. 53 % im Vorjahr. Diese Entwicklung spiegelt den Beitrag der Edelmetallaktivit\u00e4ten sowie das solide Margenniveau wider, das im Industriegesch\u00e4ft erzielt wurde.<br><br>Das Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA) belief sich auf mCHF 51.6 (22 % des Nettoumsatzes) gegen\u00fcber mCHF 22.3 (10 % des Nettoumsatzes) im Vorjahr. Das Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) verbesserte sich auf mCHF 36.2 (16 % des Nettoumsatzes), verglichen mit mCHF 6.5 (3 % des Nettoumsatzes) im Vorjahr. <br><br>Sowohl das EBITDA als auch das EBIT wurden positiv durch die Edelmetallaktivit\u00e4ten beeinflusst, jedoch auch negativ durch die einmaligen Effekte aus den aufgegebenen Aktivit\u00e4ten in Frankreich und Spanien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 Dezember 2025 deutlich auf mCHF 114.7 zur\u00fcck, verglichen mit mCHF \u00a0148.4 im Vorjahr. Diese Entwicklung spiegelt die gezielte St\u00e4rkung der Bilanz durch die R\u00fcckzahlung sowohl kurz- als auch langfristiger Verbindlichkeiten wider. Die Anpassung um die aufgegebenen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche bezieht sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf die Schliessung all unserer Nicht-Kerngesch\u00e4fte in Frankreich und Spanien.<br><br>Im Jahr 2025 belief sich der industrielle Nettoumsatz auf mCHF 123.3, der Nettoumsatz aus aufgegebenen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen auf mCHF 2.6 und die Edelmetalltransaktionen trugen mCHF 106.2 zum Nettoumsatz bei. Der operative Nettoumsatz der Gruppe erreichte mCHF 232.1.<br><br>Das industrielle EBITDA betr\u00e4gt mCHF 10.8 (9 % des Nettoumsatzes), der EBITDA-Beitrag aus aufgegebenen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen bel\u00e4uft sich auf mCHF -3.3 und die Edelmetalltransaktionen trugen mit einem EBITDA von mCHF 14.2 bei, was die realisierten Gewinne zwischen Buchwert und Marktwert bei den Edelmetalltransaktionen vollst\u00e4ndig widerspiegelt. Unter Einbeziehung beider Komponenten erreichte das operative EBITDA der Gruppe mCHF 21.7. Nach Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Bestandsver\u00e4nderungen und Preisanpassungen bei den Edelmetallbest\u00e4nden in H\u00f6he von mCHF 29.9 wies die Gruppe ein EBITDA von mCHF 51.6 aus.<br><br>Diese
