What motivated you to take part in the CM Challenge?
I wanted to face a new challenge and was curious to try out something without knowing exactly what would come out of it.

What do you like about your daily work?
I like working with different techniques - analogue and digital, and I like the choice of materials and equipments. I also like that the work is always very varied.

What were the challenges of the first task?
The biggest challenge was to create a beautiful and characteristic anterior tooth with a minimal set and not to simply make a normal layering.

What are your expectations/ideas about the live presentation at Dental Bern?
So far I have no precise expectations. I like to be surprised.

What motivated you to take part in the CM Challenge?
The request from C+M inspired me from the very first moment and the task was a perfect match for my professional orientation; aesthetic work in the anterior region. Another interesting aspect was the competition. Of course I was curious to find out whether I would make it into the final.

What do you like about your daily work?
My credo is to create aesthetic, individual and high quality works. If a work is well done and you get the corresponding positive feedback from the dentist or directly from the patient, it is endless fun and motivates you to do the next work even better.

What were the challenges of the first task?
The first task was very motivating for me because it is one of my favourite activities. It was challenging to work with the unknown materials I was provided with and to achieve an aesthetic result. Since no exact specifications were given, one could let one's imagination run free. After a few attempts the task was more concrete and a good result was reached.

What are your expectations/ideas about the live presentation at Dental Bern?
I expect an interesting task, which hopefully will be followed live by many spectators. It would of course be nice if the audience liked my work at Dental Bern and I could position myself accordingly. I am open to everything and highly motivated.

Raphael Knuchel

What motivated you to take part in the CM Challenge?
Pure curiosity for the veneering and press material of Cendres+Métaux Livento® press and Soprano® 10. The feedback from my professional colleagues was consistently positive and I absolutely wanted to try out the system.

What do you like about your daily work?
To challenge myself day after day! To approach and implement every case in the laboratory with great motivation, always focusing on function and aesthetics.

What were the challenges of the first task?
Get the maximum result with Livento® press and Soprano® 10 test kit and think "out of the box".

What are your expectations/ideas about the live presentation at Dental Bern?
I am looking forward to the competition, to have fun and to an interesting exchange among colleagues!
