Access data and log files

We collect data from each access to the server on which this website is hosted (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referring URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

Log file data is stored for a maximum period of 7 days due to security reasons (e.g. to investigate abuse or fraud) and is then deleted. Data for which further storage is necessary for the purpose of evidence are excluded from deletion until the incident in question has been resolved.

IP anonymization is activated directly on our website and cannot be modified by the user. In exceptional cases only, your full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and be abbreviated there.

The IP address transmitted from your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be matched with other data held by Google. Users can prevent the transmission of IP address by deactivating storage of cookies by adjusting their browser settings accordingly.  In addition, users can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by cookies and related to their use of the online service as well as prevent Google from processing such data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Lead Forensics

For marketing and optimization purposes Lead Forensics products and services (http://www.leadforensics.com) are used on this website. Headquarters of Lead Forensics is located in communication House 26 York Street, London, W1U 6PZ United Kingdom. Lead Forensics identifies details of your organization including phone number, web address, SIC code, and a description of the company. Lead Forensics will show you the actual history of your visit to this website, including all pages visited and viewed by you, and how long you spent on this site. Under no circumstances will the data be used for the personal identification of an individual visitor. If IP addresses are collected, they are made anonymous immediately after collection. On behalf of the operator of this website Lead Forensics will use the collected information to evaluate your visits to the website, compile reports on website activities, provide other services with related website information and monitor internet usage. If you do not agree or object to the data collection, processing and storage of your data at any time you can opt by deactivating the cookies in your browser settings.

Newsletter

The following remarks inform you about the content of our newsletter as well as about subscription, mailing and statistical evaluation procedures and your rights to appeal against them. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the delivery and procedures described.

Double-Opt-In and Logging: The subscription to our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. The subscriptions to the newsletter are logged in order to be able to provide evidence of the subscription process according to the legal requirements. The processing of these data is limited to the purpose of a possible protection against claims. An individual request for deletion is always possible, provided that it is confirmed that consent existed at the time of the subscription.
