As a commercial apprentice at CMSA, you’ll rotate through key departments and learn how to manage communication, logistics, events, and purchasing. You’ll develop a broad skillset while contributing to real business operations, from handling orders to assisting with marketing and finance. This apprenticeship gives you the foundation to grow into a versatile business professional.

What you’ll learn

1st year

Sales

  • Process customer orders from A to Z
  • Learn written and phone communication
  • Work in the dental and medical sales departments
2nd year

Marketing

  • Organize visits, exhibitions, and trade fairs
  • Get hands-on with marketing tools
  • Gain exposure to our Medtech and Luxury divisions
3rd year

Finance & Procurement

  • Manage supplier quotes and raw material purchases
  • Assist with reporting and financial flows
  • Rotate across teams to get a complete picture

Apprentices rotate departments every six months to gain diverse experience.

Profiles:

B profile – 1 foreign language + business basics

E profile – 2 foreign languages + deeper business understanding

M profile – 2 foreign languages + vocational baccalaureate (Berufsmaturität)

School:

German speakers – BFB Wirtschaftsschule in Biel/Bienne

French speakers – CEFF Tramelan
