Disclaimer

In as far as is legally permissible, Cendres+Métaux excludes any liability for any damages occurring during the duration of the event (incl. travel to and from the event). This applies in particular to losses, accidents or damages to persons or property regardless of the reason. The delegates participate in the event and its supporting programmes at their own risk (for example, excursions, visits, dinners, etc.). Cendres+Métaux will also accept no liability for the correctness, accuracy, up-to-dateness, reliability and completeness of the contents of the information conveyed by the individual speakers. Verbal subsidiary agreements are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Any disputes are subject to Swiss Law under exclusion of the conflict of laws. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bienne.

Cancellation terms

Please note that registration is binding upon receipt of payment.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation of registration up to 30 days prior to the start of the event will not incur any costs.
• If registration is cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the event, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
• If registration is cancelled less than 7 days before the start of the event, or if the participant fails to attend the event, 100 % of the course fees and, if applicable, any other costs will be charged.

All cancellations or rebookings must be in writing.
