    Precision components

We manufacture highly complex micro-components essential to luxury watchmaking, including screws, collets, cones, pins, wheels, and pinions. These parts are produced to the tightest tolerances, ensuring smooth mechanical function and consistency over time.

Our infrastructure is designed to deliver both custom pieces and industrial volumes with the same attention to precision. Whether you’re developing a new caliber or scaling an existing reference, we adapt to your requirements with reliability and discretion.

  • Oscillating weights

    Oscillating weights

We produce high-end oscillating weights through both milling and high-precision stamping, delivering perfect balance and refined visual execution.

Etamir®, a patented process developed by CMSA, combines electroplating and stamping. The striking tool is made by galvanic growth, reproducing an original model in negative down to its finest details. This allows us to recreate engraved patterns, guillochage, or even natural textures such as stone with exceptional surface fidelity.

Oscillating weights can be either machined or produced via Etamir® stamping, depending on aesthetic and series requirements.

  • Bracelets and buckles

    Bracelets and buckles

We manufacture custom-designed clasps, buckles, and full metal bracelets for luxury timepieces — including pin buckles, folding buckles, and articulated links. These components can be machined in precious or technical metals such as gold, platinum, steel, or titanium.

Aesthetic customization is available across the entire range. This includes manual decoration, engraving (mechanical or laser), surface finishing (satin, polished, microblasted), and coloration via plating or other treatments. Each element is engineered for long-term mechanical reliability and visual consistency.

  • Cases

    Cases

We develop and manufacture high-end watch cases in small and medium series — where precision, aesthetics, and technical complexity must coexist. Our clients include prestigious watchmaking maisons that rely on us for our expertise, flexibility, and attention to detail.

We specialize in intricate constructions such as minute repeater cases, hunter or officer casebacks, middles with welded horns, and components requiring delicate manual finishing. In addition to traditional metals, we work with sapphire, ceramics, carbon, and precious alloys.

    Bezels

We manufacture bezels with strict geometric and visual requirements, ensuring seamless integration with the case and reliable long-term performance. Whether functional or decorative, each bezel is produced with precise dimensional control and surface finishing tailored to your design.

Our capabilities include a wide range of engraving technologies — from deep laser and chemical etching to mechanical and decorative engraving. Finishing options such as gold plating, rhodium coating, and passivation ensure both visual refinement and technical durability.

    Jewelry elements

We manufacture high-end decorative components such as links, appliques, and rings for luxury watchmaking and jewelry. Our machining capabilities also allow us to produce lightened parts — including middles, bezels, casebacks, or washers — by hollowing out material where needed, according to the client’s specifications.

Each component is tailor-made, with full control over geometry, surface finish, and visual detail. Whether functional or aesthetic, these parts are produced with the same precision and finish quality as the most critical elements of the timepiece.

  • Semi-finished components

We offer a broad selection of semi-finished components in precious metals, produced with consistency, tight tolerances, and full traceability. Our offering supports both prototyping and serial production for luxury watchmaking and jewellery.

    • Tubes

      Tubes

Produced exclusively by continuous or vacuum casting, our precious metal tubes are cold-worked and stretched to achieve a uniform grain structure and dimensional precision across the full section. They are ideal for applications such as bezels, rings, or casebacks.
