Bar Turning & Micro-Machining
We machine a broad range of diameters and materials — from Ø 0.05 mm to 42 mm — using both traditional platforms and the most modern high-performance CNC. Our expertise spans from micro-components to complex parts in large volumes, always with a focus on dimensional accuracy and clean surface finishes.
Milling
We operate state-of-the-art 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines, delivering consistent quality on complex geometries. Our teams are recognized for their ability to mill both precious and technical metals with precision, repeatability, and process reliability.
Stamping
Our proprietary Etamir® technology delivers ultra-precise stamping for both technical and decorative components. Developed in-house, it was designed to meet the highest aesthetic standards, particularly for oscillating weights in precious metals.
Etamir® leverages electroformed tooling to achieve unmatched definition and surface quality — enabling a precise sequence of combined decorative finishes with exceptional control and repeatability.

Thermal Treatments
We perform thermal treatments in-house across all our production sites, ensuring flexibility and full process control. Our operations include quenching, tempering, stress relieving, and hardening, giving us autonomy on most machined and semi-finished parts.
Chemical Treatments
We provide validated chemical treatments such as pickling and passivation — removing surface impurities while fully preserving the geometry of the pieces, and preparing parts for safe use in clinical and technical environments.
Mechano-Chemical Polishing
We apply mechano-chemical polishing to achieve uniform surface finishes with precise roughness control, from deburring to shiny finishing. We master the entire process internally, assuring quality, reactivity, and logistical optimisation.
Sandblasting & Microblasting
We perform sandblasting and microblasting operations across all our production sites, ensuring flexibility, availability, and consistency. These treatments are used to achieve functional surface textures or aesthetic effects, depending on the application.

Polishing is one of our core areas of expertise. Our skilled specialists apply traditional techniques by hand, ensuring visual perfection and dimensional accuracy. To support large volumes, we complement this know-how with automated systems that reproduce manual gestures on selected geometries, always under expert supervision and control.

We deliver controlled, high-precision tumbling finishes tailored to aesthetic and dimensional requirements. Our in-house capacity is complemented by a network of rigorously selected subcontractors, allowing us to flexibly scale production while maintaining full oversight.

Electroplating
We perform all electroplating operations in-house using precious and technical metals. Our processes are designed to meet both decorative and technical requirements, from unique pieces to series production.
Thanks to our internally-developed plating technologies, we offer nearly unlimited combinations and develop custom formulations in under a week when required. Our dedicated team of 14 qualified specialists handles both manual and automated plating, with full control over quality, flexibility, and traceability.
