Meet the CMSA leadership

A pharmacist with a degree from the University of Lausanne and an MBA from HEC Lausanne, Philippe Milliet has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of CMSA since 2021, having joined in 2020.

He has solid management experience in the industrial, banking and pharmaceutical sectors. He chairs the boards of Banque SYZ, SYZ Capital SA and SYZ Financière SA. He also sits on the boards of Banque Cantonale du Jura, Perrin Holding SA and SK-Pharma GmbH in Germany.

Carole Hübscher Clements holds a PMD from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the École Hôtelière de Genève. She has been a member of the CMSA Board of Directors since 2015. She served as Chairman from 2019 to 2021, before becoming Vice-Chairman.

Chairwoman and Managing Director of Caran d’Ache SA in Geneva, she is also a founding member of the Fondation pour l’attractivité de Genève (Flag).

A representative of the founding family, Philippe Douchet holds an MBA in economics and business administration from the universities of Lausanne, Fribourg and Geneva. A graduate of HEC Lausanne, he has been a member of the CMSA Board of Directors since 2015. He was Vice-Chairman from 2019 to 2021.

Active in the entrepreneurial world, he is also a director of several foundations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

A former student at the École Normale Supérieure and the École Nationale d’Administration, Olivier Costa de Beauregard has been a member of the CMSA Board of Directors since 2015. He is Chief Executive Officer of the Marcel Dassault industrial group.

At the same time, he has a number of responsibilities: Managing Director of SITAM in Switzerland, Chairman of the Management Board of Immobilière Dassault in Paris, Director of Dassault Médias and Groupe Figaro, and Managing Director of Dassault Belgique Aviation in Brussels. He is also Managing Director of Dassault Wine Estates in Saint-Émilion.

Pierre-François Chauvy is an engineer in materials science and holds a doctorate in science from the EPFL. He has been a member of the CMSA Board of Directors since 2022.

As an entrepreneur, he is co-founder and director of micropat SA. He brings to the company technological expertise in surface treatments and a strong vision of the challenges of sustainability in the business world.

Hélène Béguin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Lausanne and a diploma as a certified auditor. She worked for over 30 years in audit and advisory services, including as a partner and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at KPMG. She is also a board member of the Vaud Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CVCI) and chaired the Swiss National Bank’s Vaud and Valais advisory board.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of CMSA since 2025.

A representative of the founding family, Aude Pidoux holds a master’s degree in literature from the University of Basel and a diploma in journalism from the CFJM in Lausanne. She has been secretary to the CMSA Board of Directors since 2024.

A publisher and member of the Board of Directors of Helvetiq SA in Lausanne, she has extensive experience in the fields of communications and publishing.
