Cendres+Métaux Italy operates as «Make you Smile» on the Italian market since 1st july 2022 and independently distributes an attractive product portfolio for dental technicians and dentists. As the exclusive distributor of the Swiss company Cendres+Métaux, nothing will change in the product portfolio for customers - all Cendres+Métaux products will continue to be offered.
Cendres+Métaux Italy is now «Make you Smile» and operates autonomously from the parent company Cendres+Métaux in Biel since 1st july 2022. This solution offers Italy the opportunity to align itself more flexibly to local conditions. The exclusive distribution rights for the Cendres+Métaux product portfolio remain with the newly founded company «Make you Smile».
Luca Tronconi has been and will continue to be the Managing Director, who has big plans with his team and ambitiously wants to defend and increase his market share. «Now we have the opportunity to tailor our offer even more specifically to our customers' wishes», explains Tronconi.
With this step, Cendres+Métaux is expanding its already globally established network of distributors. This is a significant decision, which is in line with the group's strategy of focusing on its core competencies. At its core, Cendres+Métaux is a manufacturer of medical products. Leaving the direct sale of dental products in the Italian market to a distributor is a logical step. This is also shown by the examples of Korea and the UK, which became independent distributors in 2020 and are successful today.
Two subsidiaries remain in France and Spain. Cendres+Métaux will also strengthen itself in these two markets through alternative sales opportunities. The aim is always to be able to position the product portfolio broadly and sustainably in the respective market. Cendres+Métaux will inform in due course.
