Sustainability report 2025: our progress in responsible growth

May 5, 2026
· Press release

We have published our Sustainability Report 2025, sharing the progress we have made and the priorities that guide our sustainability work across environmental, social and governance topics.

Sustainability integrated into our strategy

The report shows how we are integrating sustainability into our business strategy and daily operations. It gives a transparent overview of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact, strengthen responsible production, support our people and reinforce ethical business practices across our value chain.

In 2025, we restated and validated key sustainability objectives within the Swiss Triple Impact program. These objectives focus on reducing metal waste from production, lowering Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening employee satisfaction and ensuring that our main suppliers comply with our Code of Conduct.

As organizations worldwide increasingly recognize the importance of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and ethical governance, this Sustainability Report aims to highlight our commitment and progress toward sustainable development.

By integrating sustainability into our business practices, we strive not only to reduce our environmental impact but also to create lasting value for our stakeholders and the communities in which we operate.

This report summarizes our transparent account of ongoing efforts, achievements, and future objectives in the pursuit of sustainability. It reflects our dedication to continual improvement, mindful resource management, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports innovation.

Together “Tous Ensemble”, we can make a difference.

Clear priorities for responsible growth

Our sustainability work is structured around six focus areas: security, health and safety; climate and environmental protection; responsible production and circular economy; responsible supply chain; labour practices and human rights; and ethics and compliance.

Together, these focus areas help us turn commitments into concrete actions across the Group, from operational improvements and responsible sourcing to employee wellbeing, compliance and long-term value creation.

Key progress in 2025

Key progress in 2025 includes a 27% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared with 2024, a 21.3% decrease in municipal water consumption, continued investment in circular economy practices, the rollout of our Code of Conduct for Business Partners and the strengthening of Group-wide health, safety and compliance systems.

The report also outlines our work on greenhouse gas emissions, energy management, water management and waste reduction, with the aim of improving transparency and supporting continuous progress.

People at the centre of our progress

The report highlights our continued focus on people. In 2025, we employed 665 qualified employees, trained 26 apprentices and brought together colleagues representing 28 nationalities.

Occupational accidents decreased by 31% compared with 2024, reflecting our ongoing prevention, training and safety initiatives. We continue to invest in a positive workplace culture where people can contribute, grow and support the Group’s long-term development.
